Annual Comprehensive Health Assessment
A comprehensive two-hour annual health assessment designed to provide a detailed picture of your current health, identify potential risk factors, and support preventive care.
One Hour With Your Nurse
Your assessment begins with approximately one hour with your nurse, including:
- Detailed medical and health history review
- Blood pressure and vital signs
- Blood work collected on-site
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Hearing assessment
- Vision screening
- Body composition analysis
- Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI)
- Review of current medications and relevant health information
- Review of recommended preventive screenings based on your age, medical history, and risk factors
- Review of vaccination history
One Hour With Your Physician
Following your nursing assessment, you will spend approximately one hour with your physician, including:
- Comprehensive review of your medical and health history
- Review and discussion of the assessments and tests completed with your nurse
- Discussion of your health concerns and priorities
- Comprehensive physical examination
- Review of relevant risk factors and preventive health needs
- Personalized recommendations and follow-up plan
